Black Pearl

A six-minute short film set in Hong Kong directed by Kevin Thomas, and based on the South Korean born singer / songwriter Jihae’s first single. Jihae plays both male and female characters and is a love story about a young rebellious son of a Liberace, who owns a hair salon, caught in a time warp, and his forbidden love, the daughter of a mobster.
